How to determine which package choosing (commercial or non-commercial)?

An ad is considered commercial if:

The content promotes goods or services from an enterprise or an registered society.
A tax must be applied to the good or service in question (TPS or/and TVQ).

CDCQ reserves its right not to post an ad which does not fall within the correct category. Terms
